Returns and Shipping Policies: 

We hate writing policies (and it shows), but the legal gods have spoken! Sooooo, please bear with us……

 

General Rules:

Play nice! The entire purpose of this site is to provide the online consumer with a safe and friendly place that they can find special and unique gifts. We truly believe that customer service is #1. If you have special requests, don’t hesitate to ask, that is what we are here for. If there is something that you think we need to change about the site or something that you think we need to add, please let us know. If you have products that you think we should carry, please share! We love feedback!! We thrive on it!!! We live to read your emails (sad, isn’t it!)!! If there is anything that we can do to make your online shopping experience easier/more pleasurable, please let us know. 

One more quick note, we try to to keep all items in stock, but there are times when the manufacturers just can't get them to us. In the event that you order an item that is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. 

 

Placing Orders:

In the event that you do not wish to place your order online (we do have a secure online shopping cart), please feel free to fill out the order form , email it or call it in. Our contact information for orders is:

Return Policy:

We will happily refund your money if you are dissatisfied with the quality or workmanship of an item. The item MUST be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order. The items MUST be un-used and in good re-sellable condition (in it’s original packaging, etc). You will be refunded for the cost of the items less shipping. Should the return be due to an error on our part, you will receive a replacement, or refunded in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order and will be handled on an individual basis. Please email us to make arrangements.

 

Shipping Policy:

We ship UPS and United Postal Service. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box so, please provide us with a street address for UPS shipments. We try to ship all orders out immediately (within 2 days of the order being placed). In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will direct you through the appropriate steps to make a claim with UPS (make sure you save all of the boxes and packaging that your order came in, it may be needed to file a claim with UPS) or USPS. That’s it! Not a really huge policy, but it needed to be said. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

If you have a preferred delivery service that you would like us to use, we are always happy to try and accommodate special requests (within reason). However, please note all requests for shipping by other carriers will result in different shipping costs and the risk of damage/loss/etc. during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
